A. No, I do not share business secrets.
This includes painting techniques, and suppliers.

Q. How much are your reborn dolls.
A. Prices vary based on production time, kit, size, and material cost.
Q. Do you accept returns.
A. No, returns are not accepted. All sales are final.

Q. What is the warranty period on your dolls.
A. I stand behind the integrity of my Art.
Although all babies are sold As Is, all of my Art Dolls are created from high quality materials.
A detailed description along with multiple photos are shown of each Art Doll that I sell.
The Art Dolls which I create can be kept in pristine condition with proper care and handling.
The buyer must contact me within 24 of hours of receipt if there is any damage upon delivery.
All packages are shipped insured
Failure to properly care for your Reborn or Silicone Baby can result in damage that is not a responsibility of
Fay O'Neal or Cuddle Me Soft.
Q. Do you offer custom rooting?
A. I do not offer repair or rooting services.
Q. What type of hair is used on your babies
A. I use either Mohair or Human hair.
The hair type is listed in the description of every baby.
Hair care instructions are given in the care instructions.
Mohair & Human had has the ability to shed over time. Overly brushing and combing can increase shedding.
Mohair, especially mohair that has been dyed a darker color can bleed if the wrong products are used.
Products that include alcohol should be avoided.

Q. Can you replicate one of your previous babies?
A. No, I may create a baby from the same kit, but each baby has differences.
Q. Can you give me a free baby?
A. No. My Art Dolls are not just my passion,
it is the way that I provide for myself.
Q. Can you create a doll that drinks formula, & breathes?
A. No, I create collectible Art dolls.
Please research the limitations of Reborn Art dolls.
Q. May I mail you a check or money order?
A. I only accept online payments at this time.
Payments may be made with a debit, or credit card.
E-check are not accepted
All payments are non-refundable & non-transferable.
Q. Can you mark my package as a gift or declare a lower value on the Custom form?
A. No, all of my babies ship with insurance for full value. Lying on a Customs form is a Federal offense.
Q. Do you offer layaway or a payment plan.
A. No, I do not offer layaway.
Q. What are your shipping methods
A. I ship via USPS, but due to postal delays I am evaluating shipping via UPS
When free or set rate shipping is offered packages are shipped via standard shipping.
Shipping is to address provided in checkout.
No Changes may be made after checkout.
I am currently only shipping within the USA & Canada
I ship via USPS with Signature confirmation
All babies are shipped with insurance

required to ship your order
Please allow 3 business days (Monday - Friday) for in stock items to ship, and 5 business days during holidays (Unless otherwise noted).
Please note that I can not control the delivery schedule of the United States Postal Service
If you need Expedited shipping please contact me prior to purchase so I may invoice you the fee
All items ship from the USA
Buyers outside of the USA are responsible for custom fees if any.

If your package is returned for any reason it is the Buyers responsibility to pay for re-shipping cost.
